Fulfilling client expectations with trusted services

Long-term market success of IT services depends on fulfilment of high quality and security expectations. Fulfilment of these expectations is confirmed by means of certification according to Trusted Site IT Service Management (ITSM) of TÜViT, winning and maintaining the trust of customers and business partners.

In an introductory workshop, TÜViT experts establish which processes in the organisation have to be examined and to what extent. After this, the processes are evaluated and assessed within the framework of an on-site audit.

Possible optimisation potentials are recognised through structuring of the processes. Full utilisation of these potentials offers advantages to all those involved: customers profit from the service level that results, whilst the service provider strengthens his competitive position due to the improved process quality.

Following a successful audit based on the well-known ITIL and ISO 20000 standards, the TÜViT certification body issues the “Trusted Site ITSM” certificate and publishes it on the TÜViT website.
