eIDAS conformity with TÜVIT: Become a qualified Trust Service Provider for electronic registered delivery services

Entities that wish to be officially listed by the competent authority as being qualified providers of electronic registered delivery services must not only meet the requirements of the eIDAS Regulation but also provide the respective evidence issued by an independent third party.

We assist you on your way to the award of qualification status – irrespective of the stage you are currently in. Starting from planning your services to the necessary tests and right through to the final conformity assessment (certification), we offer all the services you need to ultimately obtain qualification from the relevant supervisory authority, which in Germany is the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA). In addition, we provide you with customized workshops or training courses to give you an insight into the world of eIDAS & ETSI.

Are you already listed as a qualified Trust Service Provider but need to reconfirm that you comply with the applicable rules of the eIDAS Regulation, ETSI standards and national legislation? We can review your processes and documentation and carry out your successful re-certification

What are electronic registered delivery services?

Electronic registered delivery services transmit electronic data such as emails between third parties and provide evidence relating to sending and receiving the transmitted data at a certain date and time. Furthermore they identify and authenticate the sender and the addressee. The proof of sending and receiving confirms that the data have been securely transmitted from the identified sender to the identified addressee at the specified date and time. Registered delivery services provide a secure channel for the transmission of documents.
